Rights & Useage
My Rights:
Commissioning me gives me the right to post your commission on any or all my platforms. Does not mean I will, but keep in mind I might, I have to be able to advertise and showcase my work somehow. If you want me to wait to post, please let me know in dms before commission has started or in your form if it is gift related for example. I will completely understand!If you feel uncomfortable or don’t want me posting your commission please do not commission me.Your Rights:
You are able to post your commission on any of your platforms but MUST give proper credit. You may use them as pfps, banners, in videos, etc WITH proper credit. You can give other people permission to use your commission for personal use only.Examples: posting on your social media, profile picture, logo, videos and such. But you must give me credit somewhere on the post or description.
Refund & Payments
Refund:
Once payment goes through I can not refund unless I cancel commission by sending amount paid manually for personal reasons. But once commission is bought there are sadly no refunds. So please make sure you are 100% going to commission. Only time I will refund if I am unable to complete it or other personal reasons. This include chargebacks on your end will result in a public blacklist from future commissions. Do not expect your commission to be done right away. I have a public queue that can be viewed at any time.Payment plans:
Payment plans are only for commission options where it is stated in the bio! Feel free to dm to ask as well because I usually am ok with plans for commissions over $100.All payment plan options are required a down payment. Usual plans can be 50/50 or in quarter payments. Which a reasonable plan can be discussed further depending on your order prices.
Your Responsibilities
Make sure you read thoroughly when ordering and select all the add-ons you would like! If they are closed, you would have to wait until they re-open. Please do not ask for closed slots. Early access goes to monthly supporters!Information:
Once you select a commission, you must fill it out completely. Make sure to attach all references needed in your order! If you forget you may dm me or email it. Mistakes happen and sometimes ko-fi glitches. Same with any additional add-ons you may have forgotten can be charged manually later on!Contacts:
Please make sure you write any contacts for me to reach you with. It’s recommended to list multiple such as: Instagram, Discord, Twitter(X), TikTok, Email, etc. I am not responsible for finding you when your commission comes up. If there are any contact changes please dm me about it. If I can not get ahold of you for your commission it will be completed without any approvals and sent through any of the contacts you provided. So please make sure to check trello occasionally and provide me with contact information you’re normally active on.
After You Purchase Process
After you purchase you will be put on a waitlist on my Trello in the ”to-do” section or if there aren’t any other commissions you will automatically be put into the ”doing” section.Sketch:
Once I begin your commission I will send you a sketch for you to approve or make changes to your liking. Once the sketch is approved there will not be any changes made. Please ask questions as well because sometimes my sketches are sloppy and hard to tell if some details are there or not!Line art:
Changes will not be made in this phase. However, if I drastically missed or forgot something that was in the sketch phase please let me know (sometimes I make mistakes!).Coloring:
Once I complete the coloring I will send you it for approval to make any necessary changes. When coloring is approved there will not be any changes in the future unless it is minor, like an eye color or paw color. So make sure to let me know in advance! Including background!Shading/Fine details:
Once shading begins no changes will be made. Please let me know in advance if you want a transparent background or not as well!
